Unopened, Factory-Sealed Items: A full 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method after inspection to confirm that the item remains unopened.

Opened and Used Devices: A refund, less a 15% disposal and service fee, will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
